Conversion of an existing 4 storey office bock into 9 two bedroom flats
All internal structural floors and walls were demolished leaving only external walls as existing. Multiple “Mabey” structural bracings had to be installed to provide structural stability to those walls.
Works comprised of: adding new basement level, central core for the lift shaft with piled foundations, full reconstruction of interior walls and floors, full finishes
